  • How do I order an item?
    To order from ZombieMom, select the item/s you’d like to purchase from the Shop section. Once you have added these items to your Cart, by first selecting Colour and Size options, you can proceed to Checkout via your Cart, and calculate Shipping.
  • How do I pay for my order?
    You may pay for your order via Direct Bank Deposit (EFT). In order to make use of this facility please contact us via email and we will update an order manually for you and present this order to you for payment. International customers may also make use of PayPal. In order to pay via PayPal, please contact us. This service is at present not available for local (RSA) orders.
  • What is 'Print to Order' and how does it affect delivery times?
    ZombieMom works on a print-to-order basis. It is impractical to keep all design/colour/size combinations offered through our online store in stock at all times. Due to this, we print on demand in weekly cycles creating a period of between 10 – 15 working days to deliver an order. The week's orders are collectively processed on a Monday, so estimated times for delivery should be calculated from this day. If the items you have ordered are in available in stock, we will ship within 3 working days. If you’d like to know whether the item is in stock and available for immediate shipping, please email us directly.
  • Does ZombieMom offer custom printing?
    ZombieMom officially offers customised printing! Add your family name to a set or your kids names to their new T-shirt or onesie. Enquire about prices
  • What is the return policy?
    If you are unhappy with any item/s delivered to you by ZombieMom, we will gladly refund you, including any shipping costs incurred on your order, provided the item is returned to us unwashed and unworn. We will gladly exchange any item purchased that does not fit correctly, for the correct size. ZombieMom will carry all shipping costs associated with returned/replacement items.
  • How do I contact ZombieMom?
    ZombieMom can be contacted via email, the details of which can be found in the Contact section. We will respond to all urgent queries within 24 hours. All other queries will be responded to during regular working hours. The reason we don’t list our phone details online or via Google is simply that we would prefer to vet queries before responding. Many of the queries we receive are unrelated to our core business, and because we’re a small team we would be listing private numbers online and this can tend to be disruptive. Thank you for your understanding in this regard.
